Two Midwest Based Technology Leaders Join Forces

To Create Sensory Technologies

            Indianapolis, IN, March 21, 2006 – Sensory Technologies, a new company led by Anne Sellers, managing principal, and Andy Sellers and Kevin Markey, both principals of the company, has announced the acquisition of Video Images and the Sales Division of Markey's Audio/Visual, Inc.  This transaction combines two Midwest business entities focused on the design and engineering of digital, audio-video technologies and Unified Conferencing solutions.

            “The new organization is positioned for rapid growth in Indianapolis and Indiana as well as other areas where either the Sales Division of Markey’s or Video Images previously had a presence, including Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin,” said Anne Sellers.  Kevin Markey added, “This organization is well prepared to assist in the understanding and implementation of new technologies for companies throughout the Midwest.”

Sensory Technologies will assist companies in the integration of sound, imagery and environment, providing collaboration and full, turnkey services for design, engineering and installation solutions.  Services include videoconferencing system solutions, web streaming and distribution, sound and acoustic design, video and audio integration, digital signage, unified conferencing solutions and management of support services.

Markey's Audio/Visual will continue to provide rental and staging services, including renting audio visual and teleconferencing systems and equipment, to customers in Indianapolis, Indiana, throughout the Midwest and across the Nation.  Chuck Markey will continue to head Markey's Audio/Visual.
