Design Engineer

To provide integration of technology, sound, imagery and environment to customers.  BS in Mechanical Engineering.  5 years videoconferencing experience required.  Knowledge of ISDN, BRI, PRI, T1, E1, Satellite, SIP, ATM, DS-3, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN is a must.  Experience performing the configuration and troubleshooting of digital communications equipment required.  Experience with AMX and Crestron control system software.  Mail resume to Anne Sellers at Sensory Technologies, 6951 Corporate Circle, Indianapolis, IN  46278, aesellers@sensorytechnologies.com.

 

Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for assisting the BDM team with their efforts in new business development and account management for Sensory Technologies.  This position is instrumental in contributing to Sensory Technologies ability to achieve its revenue and profitability goals.

  • Daily cold calling and prospecting to identify and qualify new potential customers, generate new appointments for corresponding BDM and establish relationships.  This includes collecting appropriate account information and identifying appropriate contacts at each prospect, entering all information into CRM and leveraging Sensory Technologies marketing activies and partner relationships.
  • Prospecting activities include timely and effective qualification of sales leads, proper prioritization of work activities, and management of time.
  • Assistance with AV product sales.  Inside sales for AV equipment only scenarios.  Assistance with and administration of larger AV product sales ofr customers with corresponding BDM.
  • Close sales proposals over the phone.  Critical activities include development of the solution, design and preparation of proposals,, performing instructional web based tutorials and demonstrations, and closing the sale.
  • Preparation of proposals and bid packages.
  • Modification, printing, mailing, and/or emailing of letters and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain a broad background in Sensory Technologies' core technology offerings.  Technology solutions include:
